Overview
Stshiē̼us Se was founded durring the early 12th century in spring of the year 1101, by Trêpî Beddoe. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Stshiē̼us Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Stshiē̼us Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Stshiē̼us Se is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of broad paverstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town sits behind an impressive looking clay brick wall. The wall is notable for querried stone blocks being used to renforce the clay bricks in the expected manner and locations. While the wall was built to the exact specifications of modern fortifications, one has to wonder why the money invested into creating such a well fortified wall wasnt spent on a less impressive looking wall crated from sturdier materials. Stshiē̼us Se's walls would endure a brief bombardment, but only from light siege weapons. It seems more likly the town's walls were not designed with defence in mind but rather lending the town a certain air with visitors. The boondoggle-of-a-fortified wall has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Stshiē̼us Se, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all preforming the same rituals to bless and anoint building,s streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holysymbols is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This town certainly loves its god.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Stshiē̼us Se's natural decorations nor waterways.
Stshiē̼us Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes
Stshiē̼us Se's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..
Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is long in Stshiē̼us Se.
The Skinwraith near Stshiē̼us Se are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Stshiē̼us Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves reenactments to channel Truename Magic energies of tier 3 via moments of science.

Points of Interest
Stshiē̼us Se is uncommonly rich, not only for the gentry but for the common citizens as well. They may produce a valuable good, oversee precious resource extraction, have special economic favors from the ruler, or simply have inherited a vast body of infrastructure. Their neighbors likely view them with envy, and outside raiders and exploiters find them an ideal target.
Stshiē̼us Se is known for its odd use of round-a-bouts, small ring roads used in place of intersections.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Kami ended a drought plaguing Stshiē̼us Se. One of Stshiē̼us Se's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
